4 oz of beautiful truffles (2 total). Arrived in perfect condition. We stored one in a jar of Arborio rice for risotto; the other we placed in a container with eggs. Both are perfumed with truffle essence in less than 24 hours. Over two days we made a variety of truffle accompanied meals. The truffles are of excellent quality, reasonably priced and delivered in pristine condition.

I have ordering truffles through Urbani

I have been ordering truffles through urbani’s for a while. My orders have always arrived in perfect condition. This last time I had a problem with a couple of the truffles in the order. It’s the first time this has happened. I reached out to the customer service team to explain that a couple of the truffles were not to the normal standard that I expect. They immediately responded and I explained that a couple of the truffles were soft within a day after they arrived. They once again got back to me with a couple resolutions. They would either refund a portion of the cost or replace the truffles. Since I was getting ready to travel I choose a refund and would order more when we returned. My entire family has always enjoyed the many options available at urbani and now appreciate the excellent customer service as well. I have been in the food business for years and know how important this is. That’s why I wanted to share this experience with everyone. Thanks again to the customer service team for the superior service. I have attached a couple photos. Scrambled soft eggs with shaved white alba truffle topped with osetra royale caviar. The other pic is of Jax, our black Lab also enjoying the same. lol
