Chef Michele Casadei Massari: Born in Riccione and raised in Bologna, Michele is an eclectic Italian Executive Chef & Entrepreneur. Operating in New York City since 2008, not only is he the founder of 4 Piccolo Cafe Restaurants/Founder and Executive Chef of Lucciola Italian Restaurant, but he is also the Executive Chef of the BiograFilm Food Academy based in Bologna.
