Truffles arrive to Switzerland, namely at the hotel and spa “La Reserve” in Geneva, thanks to Urbani Tartufi. In 2005, the Umbrian company organized a “Festival of the Truffle” in this prestigious hotel where chef Massimo Ferretti, for many years culinary spokesperson for Urbani, prepared a prestigious menu prestigious featuring, of course, truffle.

Urbani Tartufi had the honor of receiving the visit of Renato Boccardo, Archbishop of Spoleto-Norcia’s territory.
