Urbani Tartufi, like every year, participated to the 2014 edition of Cibus, the international food fair and exhibition, held in Parma May 9 to 12. The company, in this edition, in addition to its classic products, presented with great feedback from both trade and consumers Truffle Sushi which, as its name indicates, is a special truffle revisited for the Asian markets for use on raw fish dishes.
