Born and raised in Milan, Italy with an innate passion for food, Carlo pursued his culinary education in Northern Italy and joined Graspa Group (Miami) in 1997.
Spuntino Bakery and Catering were born in 2001. Today, Spuntino is the caterer of choice for Miami’s world celebrated art shows, boat shows, luxury brands, and international galas as well as corporate luncheons and private dinners.
