Sesame braid with tuna sashimi, soy sauce and Artichokes and Truffles cream
Toast the braid in the oven and cut it horizontally into two halves. Meanwhile, cut the tuna into very thin slices. Lay the salad mix on the base of the braid, then add the tuna escalopes on top. Season with salt, a drizzle of olive oil and soy sauce, then finish off with the artichokes and truffles sauce. Dress with onion rings and serve.
