HOW TO PREPARE PARMIGIANO REGGIANO TRUFFLE FRIES
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Leave the skin on the potatoes and cut each of them in half the long way, then each half in half the long way. Now take each quarter and cut into three wedges so you will have around 12 wedges per potato.
In a large bowl toss the cut potatoes with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay out flat on a sheet pan and roast them for 15 minutes. Turn each wedge over and roast for about another 15 minutes, or until browned and tender.
Once they are ready, remove the hot fries from the sheet pan and place them in a large bowl. Toss them with truffle oil, chopped parsley and grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Now your Parmigiano Reggiano Truffle Fries are ready to be served! Try them with the Kaiser Roll With Beef Hamburger And Truffle Ketchup.
