HOW TO PREPARE THE TRUFFLE MASHED POTATOES
Boil the potatoes in a large pot with salty water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes (or until tender).
Drain the potatoes and place them into a bowl. Add the sour cream and the tendered butter.
Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes mixture until the butter melts.
Now add the black truffle oil, parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt and a sprinkle of pepper and stir to combine well all the ingredients.
