National Prosecco Week Celebrated in Style at Urbani

Summer is swinging in full gear and with it comes National Prosecco Week.

Last night at the incredible Urbani Truffle Lab guests gathered for the holiday at a pizza making class hosted by Mionetto.

Toasts of crisp Prestige Rosé were made between guests were made at the opening reception as CEO and Managing Director of Freixenet Mionetto USA, Enore Ceola, greeted attendees. The beautiful Urbani kitchen then opened for an interactive evening and lessons in cooking from Roberto Caporuscio, Master Pizzaiuolo of Kesté.
